If sharing financial data with front-line staff is important, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more useful integration with QuickBooks Online …
Background
QuickBooks Online (QBO) is comprehensive cloud accounting software. Typically access to accounting data is limited to bookkeepers and management, leaving front-line staff without one of the most critical aspects of the business - a financial view of the customer.
What’s new
Integrate your QBO information so, authorized staff can make informed decisions around how to interact with each client.

Everyday workflow
As the CRM, clients are initially captured in Solve, via online forms, Solve’s Gmail Add-on, or directly in-app.
When a sale is made and a financial account needed, tap “Link QuickBooks Online …”.

Solve will provide an option to create a corresponding record in QBO, or link to an existing QBO customer or vendor, and sync the details in Solve over to QBO, eliminating double data entry.

Solve will continue to track the client’s QBO transactions in real-time.
Enable the QuickBooks Online integration in your Solve account
- Tap Settings > QuickBooks Online
- Authorize Solve’s access to QuickBooks Online
- Set the users who have access to the integration
Try it
