Using Zapier, easily enhance the way you run your business through quick and powerful automations. Similar to webhooks, “Zaps” offer custom trigger-action integrations between popular systems to help automate your business processes - packaged and ready to implement.

Here we’ll link your Solve and Zapier accounts, highlight a few of our client’s favorite Zaps and show you how to quickly enable them on your end.

Linking accounts

Once you’ve created your Zapier account, you’ll connect it with Solve as you create your first Zap. When prompted by Zapier simply enter your registered Solve email address and Solve API token. You’ll find your secret API token under: Solve menu (top-right) > My Account > API Token.

HubSpot

Integrating Solve CRM and HubSpot

HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. Automatically create Solve contacts from HubSpot records, using this Zap.

Setup HubSpot

Obtain your Hub ID.

Enable the Zap

  • Click to enable the Hubspot Zap
  • Enter your HubSpot account using your Hub ID
  • Select your linked Solve account (or enter your Solve login credentials)
  • Map Solve fields to HubSpot

    Zapier

Test and turn on your Zap

Zapier will automatically check for new HubSpot records to send to Solve CRM (you may be prompted to create one).

Your Zap will now automatically check for new Hubspot submissions and save them in Solve CRM.


Unbounce

Integrating Solve CRM and Unbounce

Unbounce is a powerful website marketing tool that makes it simple to build and publish A/B testing landing pages without IT or software. Create Solve contacts or companies from Unbounce leads, using this Zap.

Setup Unbounce

Verify your Unbounce landing page is set to “Published” - simply click “Publish Page” in the Page Overview.

Enable the Zap

  • Click to enable the Unbounce Zap, and follow the short steps to copy/paste the provided Zapier URL into your Unbounce form settings
  • Select your linked Solve account (or enter your Solve login credentials)
  • Map Solve fields to Unbounce form

  • Click “Save + finish!” to enable your Zap

Optionally test your Zap

  • Continue by following the prompts on the screen to test your Zap.

Your Zap will now automatically check for new Unbounce form submissions and save them in Solve CRM.


Google Forms

Integrating Solve CRM and Google Forms

Use free Google Forms to capture and organize information from prospects and clients, similar to Solve’s Wufoo integration. Automatically create Solve contacts or companies from a Google Form, using this Zap. Captured Google Form data will automatically save into a Google Spreadsheet, which then transfers into Solve.

Setup Google Forms

  • Create a Google Form in Google Drive by opening a new Google Spreadsheet > click “Tools” > Create a Form

  • Embed form on your website or send it as a link to your recipients

Data entered into your form will automatically be saved into “Form Responses 1” - a sheet (bottom-left) in the original Google Spreadsheet you created.

Enable the Zap

  • Create a test entry in “Form Responses 1” > Form > Go to live form
  • Click to enable the Google Forms Zap
  • Select your linked Google account (or enter your Google credentials)
  • Select the Google Spreadsheet and “Form Responses 1”
  • Select your linked Solve account (or enter your Solve login credentials)
  • Map Solve fields to Google Form

    Zapier

  • Click “Save + finish!” to enable your Zap

Optionally test your Zap

  • Continue by following the prompts on the screen to test your Zap.

Your Zap will now automatically check for new Google Form submissions and save them in Solve CRM by monitoring the “Form Responses 1” sheet.
