Why do I see the "Requested Client Not Authorized" or "Error: Not Granted" message appear?

These messages indicate that Solve does not have the necessary permissions to the Google Apps account, so the first step would be to check if you’ve granted permissions to Solve CRM in your Google Apps domain.

To verify this, log into your Google admin account > Apps > Marketplace apps > Solve CRM > Data access > check to see if it’s granted for all items:

If it is already granted, try revoking data access and then re-grant the data access.
