I deleted a user and need to reassign their records or activities.
First undelete the user from Solve menu > Deleted Items so you can again filter by their name.
To re-assign contacts, companies and project blogs filter for records assigned to this user using the “Assigned to” filter setting. Once you have the filter set simply select all the records in the list and use the (re)assign option in the toolbar to re-assign them to another user.
To re-assign activities such as follow–ups, events and tasks, filter for activities assigned to the user in the Solve menu > Report and Update Activities > “next actions assigned to” and “follow-ups assigned to” reports. Double-click the “Responsible” column for each activity to reassign that specific activity to another user or workgroup.
Once the records have been successfully re-assigned delete the user account.
