How do I fix an issue with the app on my iOS device (iPhone or iPad)?

Please try the following which has worked in all previous cases where this was reported.

Under Settings > Safari …

iOS version 9

  • Block Cookies > “Allow from Websites I Visit”
  • Clear History and Website Data (This option is often the solution)
  • Advanced > JavaScript “On”
  • Restart Safari (or power-cycle the device)
  • Start Safari (not a home screen icon) and go to https://secure.solve360.com/touch/ and login.

iOS version 7

  • Block Cookies > “From third parties and advertisers”
  • Clear Cookies and Data (This option is often the solution)
  • Advanced > JavaScript “On”
  • Restart Safari (or power-cycle the device)
  • Start Safari (not a home screen icon) and go to https://secure.solve360.com/touch/ and login.

iOS below version 7

  • Private browsing “Off”
  • Accept cookies “From visited” (This option is often the solution)
  • Clear Cookies and Data
  • Javascript “On”
  • Restart Safari (or power-cycle the device)
  • Start Safari (not a home screen icon) and go to https://secure.solve360.com/touch/ and login.

Additionally clients can install and try Google Chrome on their iOS device.
