Setting up a workflow

Add tasks and follow-ups, then set assignment rules if needed

As you create each task or follow-up, set a specific person or use one of three flexible options to ensure that the right person is responsible.

Tasks and follow-ups can be scheduled around a date that you select when you add the workflow. Solve will automatically calculate the due dates and set reminders for you.
