Time tracking

In service businesses, time is money. Account for everything.

In the heat-of-battle staff simply drop time-records on tasks, site notes, calls, meetings, etc.

Solve provides a summary of all time spent on each project and customer, which can be picked up by billing via the “Time tracking” report in Solve Report Builder.

The “Time tracking” report also displays how each staff spent their time, and who worked on a particular project or client in a given time period. This data often provides insight into profitability, enabling teams to make appropriate price adjustments on their next quote.
