Open records by URL

This feature doesn’t relate to the API specifically, but it is a simple technique to integrate your other application(s) to Solve.

Say you’re working on a contact in a custom application > click on a hyperlink …

The related Solve record opens …

This useful integration is possible if you can create a custom hyperlink in your app which includes either an email address or phone number common to records in both systems.

A popular example is automatically open an incoming caller’s contact record. Here is how the hyperlink is configured in RingCentral, but the method works with other phone systems too.
